Bifurcated Stars is a trinket added in the initial release of Fiend Folio.
Effects
- Reveals the
Boss Room on the map. - After clearing the Boss Room, its entrance will transform into a
Treasure Room door that will lead directly to the current floor's Treasure Room. Once entered, this door will turn back into a normal Boss Room entrance.
- The door will not revert back into a normal Boss Room door if the room is left from other means, such as if Isaac enters the
Devil Room or 
Angel Room first, or teleports out of the Boss Room and returns; it will revert to a normal Boss Room entrance only after it has been used.

Notes
- If Isaac is on a floor affected by Curse of Labyrinth, the Treasure Room door will appear only after defeating the first boss, and it will lead to one of two Treasure Rooms on the floor, chosen at random.
- The Treasure Room door won't appear after the
Mom fight, and won't appear on floors without a Treasure Room such as Chapter 4, Chapter 5, and Chapter 6. - If Isaac is on the
Blue Womb floor, the entrance will visually be changed to the Treasure room door upon defeating the boss, but won't redirect you to a Treasure Room. - Bifurcated Stars cannot be found while playing on Greed Mode.
Interactions
Bloody Crown / 
Holy Crown / 
Wicked Crown: Works as expected, creating a Treasure Room door after defeating the floor's boss in Chapters 4 or 5 respectively.
Trinket Multipliers: No effect.
Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Bifurcated Stars rerolls it into 
Shard of China.
Trivia
- Prior to The Reheated Update, Bifurcated Stars did not have an unlock condition.
